experience to its customers it has to focus on mainly 2 areas.

1. Digital Experience: In order to provide a similar offline experience to its


customer online, Hamleys has come up with an innovative way to provide the same
kind of fun, joy, and exciting experience for which Hamleys is known.
2. Integration of Inventory Control & Order Fulfilment: In order to provide the
best online experience to its customer Hamleys had to fully integrate the inventory
control & order fulfilment system. It ensures that the product ordered by the
customer must be available for fulfilment.
