CUSTOMER SEGMENT

-Our ideal customers would be teens, adults, elderly, health-conscious individuals, local partnerships
and food enthusiasts—mostly elderly and adults living Benguet, both men and woman ranging from 10
years old and above, totaling the 460, 683 persons in the city. Ranging from 15-64 years old has a 66% of
total population in the city. We are targeting at least 45%-50% of our potential customers. Adults and older
people tend to be vegetarians because some of them have sensitive health issues like diabetes, and
pickled vegetables provide many health benefits like it has less sodium and no added sugar to assist
regulate their blood sugar levels.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
-We actively seek out and value our customers feedback through our social platforms or websites to
encourage their comments and suggestions. We show our customers that their voices matter by
incorporating their feedback into the development of our products and services. We also provide loyalty
rewards and special incentives to show our appreciation for their loyalty. Quality assurance and
transparency remain central to our operations, with an unwavering commitment to using fresh, locally
sourced ingredients and clear labeling. These strategies collectively reflect our commitment to fostering
long-lasting and meaningful relationship with our customers.

distribute flyers in different locations at Benguet especially near schools and offices for them to know where
we are located and how to contact us to avail our product.
