60% of total weighting for Management of Bridge Operations Module (LO2 and LO3)

In order to achieve a PASS at least 50/100 (TOTAL) marks must be achieved for the
whole of this Assessment

Note that the overall mark for the MVO Unit is 65/100

Produce a PRESENTATION that covers the following TASK:

For the RSS Sir David Attenborough case study the Master has discussed with
his bridge team contingency plans for the passage plan inbound, and having a tug
on standby due to high wind speeds.

Produce a 15-minute presentation that summarises the manoeuvring procedures in


the following scenarios:

1) Operating with tugs and small craft


2) In or near VTS and TSS
3) Use of anchor in emergency
