Summary
A center manager with extensive experience in centers management for training, development, operations 10+ years
at the Egyptian Space Agency and the National Authority for Remote Sensing & Space Sciences.
Skilled in leading and overseeing training centers, training projects, training workshops and training initiatives
management.

I have held various positions, including CDC Deputy Manager, MCC Deputy Manager, EUTS project Co-PI and
AIAD project administrator, I was a contributed to the establishment & management the first Concurrent Design
Center (CDC) for space missions in Egypt and Africa.
In my last position, I was Concurrent Design Center (CDC) Deputy Manager (Acted as manager) at EgSA, Egypt,
where I was actively involved in driving the development & management the Concurrent Design Center.

Responsibility
 Establishment of the full internal system of the center.
 Development of the annual Work Plan of the center/project.
 Estimating the annual budget according to the center's needs for human resources and training facilities.
 Develop programs for admission and training and follow up their implementation.
 Supervising the tests, and working to improve the inputs and outputs of the training.
 Follow-up on the implementation of work programs related to the objectives and strategy of the center.
 Monitoring all the work of the center and correcting the deviated paths.

Achievements
1. Successfully got funding and managed training for 10+ funded projects with a total funding of 2.7 M LE,
achieving 100% completion rate.
2. Successfully managed training for 20+ unfunded projects with a total budget of 5 M LE, achieving 100%
completion rate.
3. Conducted training workshops for 160+ faculties' students and diverse groups in networks & software
development.
4. Presented successful workshops for 100+ STEM schools, African engineers, and National Bank of Egypt
Schools Students.

1. Led numerous successful development projects, including satellite telemetry, mission analysis software, and
on-board computer software.
