LEADERS MEETING Attention Ministry Heads There will be a Leaders Meeting on Sunday, June 28th, after the service. JULY 11 IS FAMILY DAY! We are heading to Bolsa Chica State Beach on Saturday, July 11! It is a popular place for fishing, biking, surfing, volleyball and wildlife watching. The beach extends from Seapoint Avenue north to Warner Avenue along PCH in the city of Huntington Beach. Be forewarned that there is a $10/vehicle entrance fee. A REMINDER... A reminder to those who have not secured their camping spots to see Sis. Cristy de Guzman and make a reservation. All fees are due in mid-July.

I. L - Love the Lord Wholeheartedly vv.4-5
This is foundational in raising a healthy family. How can you expect your family to love God wholeheartedly if you yourself do not love God wholeheartedly? Teaching your family to love God cannot just be taught in class or in a lecture. We should model loving God to our family.

II. I - Influence each other about the Lord vv.6-9

The word to impress means to sharpen diligently. We are to sharpen our family diligently. We should be pro-active in influencing one another to love God. We dont wait for opportunities to influence our family... we create opportunities. We do not wait for our children to ask questions about God... we talk to them about God.

III. V - Vigilant for the Lord vv.10-12

Moses warned the Israelites to be vigilant, to be watchful. Comfort in life can cause them to forget God.

IV. E - Esteem the Lord Highly vv. 13-15

Moses told the Israelites to fear the Lord. To fear means, to revere, to respect.
