training in 4 stars hotel. I also have experience working in hotels for approximately 3
years. Iam a passionate individual who is eager to provide exceptional service to guest
to multicultural patrons. I can quickly and effectively resolve customer concerns,
maintaining a high degree of satisfaction among my guests. I developed a good work
ethic, strong expertise in interacting with people of different backgrounds and the
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and willing to work in rotating
shifts.
