Dear students,

Would you like to improve your spanish skills? Are you leraning this lenguage but you can´t still speak
fluently? Don´t worry, the International Call Reception can help you. I´m Nazaret Martinez, the
director of this company and I´m writing this letter to offer you a work experience where you will
practise your spanish and you will earn some money.

International Call Reception is a company installed here, in the UK but it is working around the world
virtually. What we do In the company is to receive calls from any part of the world and then put it in
contact with the receiver of the call. In other words, we are an intermediary between people from other
contries calling someone from the UK. We have different departments depending on the country that is
calling, for example it exist an American department, a Russian department and of course a Spanish
department, and it is here, in this especific department, where the work experience is avaliable.

What you have to do working here is really easy, you just have to answer the call, say hello and give a
little introduction to the person , for example: “hello, I am Nazaret from the International Call
Reception and you are calling to the UK”. Furtheremore, you will ask with whom the person wants to
be in contact. Sometimes the person who is calling doesn´t know the receiver in particular with whom
he or she needs to talk, so, you should help them searching the information in our database.
