Month to Month RV Space Rental Agreement

Harmony Lee Duncan and Elmer Abisai Guerro (Tenants) agree to rent the area known as RV Space 2 at 1750
Traffic Way Atascadero Ca 93422 – (the Property). The area is the North West section that is graded in base
rock for a RV north of the tan shop, the area is apx 40 feet deep by 40 feet wide. MOVE IN TO BE 01/10/2022.
Tenants agree to the following terms
1. Term to be month to month.
2. Rent to be $800.00 usd per month due and payable on the 10th of each month. Rent is late on the 14 th.
3. Late fee is $85.00
4. A Security Deposit of $800.00 usd is due prior to move in. Can not be used as last months rent or last
electrical payments.
5. Rent will be due prior to move in. Move in total $800.00 deposit and $800.00 rent.
6. Tenants shall be limited to Harmony Lee Duncan and Elmer Abisai Guerro .
7. No exterior storage is allowed of any kind. Except max 2 personal vehicles and gardening trailer to be
parked in tenants assigned area.
8. Power will be paid by landlord, sub-metered to Tenants and a bill produced as soon as Landlord is
billed by PG&E. Tenants shall pay the power bills with in 3 days of receipt of Landlord.
9. The rent shall inc Water and Septic. Tenants must obtain and pay for trash service. Trash cans are to be
stored out of sight from the street.
10. No vehicle maintenance, washing or RV maintenance / washing shall occur on the property.
11. Tenants shall have no rights to any structures on the property or to access any other land for their use.
12. Tenants may not construct any tents, sheds, decks or any other permanent or temporary structure.
13. Tenants shall name landlord as additionally insured on renters’ insurance and RV policy for collateral
damage or losses from Tenants.
14. Tenants will be responsible to keep their area neat and clean of debris.
15. No smoking on property
16. A 30-day notice is required to end tenancy.
