Welcome & Send-off Program Script

I. Introduction
In few minutes we will start the program. I would like to remind everyone to refrain from
standing and set your phone to silent mode as we go along the program.

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the Send-Off and Welcome Program of
our Outgoing School Head Mdm. Evelyn C. Mones & our Incoming School Head Mdm. Maria
Agnes C. Ollero

It is indeed an honor and a privilege to be you master of this ceremony at this spectacular
day to remember.

II. Program Proper

Prayer
And to officially start our program, I would like to invite everyone to please stand for the
opening prayer to be led by Ma’am Luzviminda M. Ragasa

To be followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, to be conducted by Ma’am

People always say "Every Ending has a New Beginning", and to open a new door you must
close an old one which can be heartbreaking and scary but it is necessary for you to change
and grow and someday you'll see the reason why there's good in goodbye and you'll realize
it's time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings.

Honorable guests, ladies and gentlemen without further ado, now let us lend our ears and
open our hearts for her message our beloved Public Schools District Supervisor Dr. Jocelyn

At this point, let’s welcome onstage with felicitations the outgoing school head of Lomboy
Elementary School, Mdm. Evelyn C. Mones for her message.

Now let’s move on to the Acceptance and Message of the Incoming School Head

We are truly elated and privileged to have with us today …. A woman of virtue and simplicity…
A woman of perseverance and hard work… The living idiom of a woman who happened to
be born at the right time and at the right place… This woman of the hour is a woman
incomparable to her genuine intentions to fulfill her chosen vocation.

And now, friends, ladies and gentlemen, please join us in welcoming our incoming school
head Mdm. Maria Agnes C. Ollero
(a big round of applause please)

Message of Gratitude
And now let us pin our ears back as I call on, a man with philanthropic attitude and dedicated
to public service, ladies and gentlemen, let us give an echoing applause to the barangay
captain of Lomboy, Brgy. Captain Rodrigo Ordono for his message.

Closing Remarks

I am pleased to have in front of this program, Mr. Frederick Nama who will deliver his closing
remarks.
