To Whom It May Concern:

I, PAUL WILLIAM V. PAULINO, Head Teacher II of A. Pascual Elementary

School, certify that the proposed activity, the Joint BSP and GSP Backyard
Camping scheduled on October 27–28, 2023, is entirely voluntary for all
students.

This camping activity is not to be considered equivalent to grades, nor does

it correspond to academically required special projects or activities. The purpose of
this recreational and character-building event is to foster leadership, teamwork,
and outdoor skill development among the participants. There will be no grading or
academic assessment associated with this event.

No student will be subject to academic penalties or rewards based on their

participation or non-participation in this camping activity.

I hereby attest to the veracity of this certification and its conformity with the
educational programs of our school.
