OBJECTIVE

1. To examine the current benefits of mobile app banking that can be availed by
customers.
2. To determine whether customers are ready to pay premium for availing banking
services over mobile app.
3. To analyze what are the banking services for which customers are ready to pay
premium to avail such services over mobile app.
4. To find out the factors for which the customers are ready / not ready to pay
premium for using banking facility over mobile app.
5. To investigate the elasticity of the premium & to examine whether the elasticity is
dependent on any factors.
6. To determine whether customers would accept new mode of mobile banking
through Near Field Communication.
