This Business Model Canvas (BMC) defines the strategic framework for Barley Barista Milk, a plant-based milk
business that provides coffee lovers with a healthful and sustainable alternative. Coffee shops, packaging suppliers,
and distribution channels are the key partnerships. The key activities include sourcing and processing barley,
production and quality control, marketing and branding, distribution, and sales. The key resources include barley
processing facilities, a competent workforce, a reputable brand, and distribution channels. In addition to promoting
sustainability and supporting local producers, the value proposition prioritises providing nutritious, superior-
tasting milk that enhances the coffee experience. Coffee devotees, health-conscious consumers, and
environmentally conscious customers comprise the customer segments. The distribution channels include retail
partnerships, online platforms, and coffee shops. Relationships with customers emphasise personalised service,
feedback engagement, and customer loyalty programmes. The primary revenue sources are product sales,
wholesale partnerships, and online sales. The cost structure encompasses costs for basic materials, production,
marketing, and distribution. Key success indicators consist of sales volume and revenue, customer satisfaction,
