•Given a chance to rewrite the history of education in the Philippines, which part

will you revise and why?

The discriminatory nature of our educational system, which provided unequal


possibilities for educational resources based on gender and socioeconomic class, is
brought to light by the history of education in the Philippines. When it comes to the
kind of skill they are likely to gain, for example, there is a significant barrier dividing
men and women. Men are required to engage in macho activities like mining and
fishing. On the other side, women are expected to perform tasks like cooking,
gardening, and sewing. And this particular section would be the one I would edit or
revise in our history of schooling. I want to end prejudices in education and
guarantee everyone's access to quality education. Having this aim has already been
proven by the initiative of our government today, which resulted in a more inclusive
educational system.

• Make a narrative of the Philippine education during the COVID-19 pandemic.

What does it really mean to live in the year 2020s? Retrospectively, Covid-19
pandemic made an innumerable changes to human lives. We were under mobility
restrictions to minimize risks such as limiting mass gatherings. But one of the most
affected sectors on those times was Education. Schools were ordered to cancel
physical classes in accordance with the safety protocols that have caused a drastic
change in terms of giving the students the right to quality education. It is a big
challenge to provide lessons in the new normal in both students and teachers, and
for parents. Fortunately, different webinars and trainings, we were able to cope with
it as we were introduced by an upgraded and enhanced educational platforms that
have been giving us the opportunity to access information, tools and resources.
Adapting on these allows learners to learn and prepare for a future with more
advanced technology and an ever-increasing digital world. Also, teachers are also
able to enrich their knowledge with digital learning tools the could provide the an
enhanced delivereration of lessons. Moreover, also ensures the students and
teachers to learn in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic since it gives them a more
flexible access to information. More importantly, We placed value on the present
and identified those moments that are actually crucial. Realizing that life can be
