We are students of Grade 11 -Daichi EIM (Electrical Installation and Maintenance) under Ms. Emely
Asuncion at Ilocos Norte College of Arts and Trades and are presently conducting a research entitled"
Perceptions of Senior High School Students in Ilocos Norte College of Arts and Trades (INCAT) to the
Reinstatement of Mandatory Reserve Officers Training Corps Program (ROTC) " which is an activity in
