INTRODUCING SWIFT HOME LIFT

SWIFT astonish the world with the latest modern home lift. The smart designed is “all-inclusive” comes with
a complete shaft and had optimized to fit in private homes with minimal space requirements and building
work. The state of the art Eco Drive with Triple Charge solution that will automatically charge the batteries
when lift descend, single-phase plug in charger and by external solar panels. The lift adopted the latest battery
driven IPM-SynRM motor with next generation motor control technology.

The patented screw and nut drive system is extremely reliable and safe which complies with Europe’s strictest
safety requirements European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and harmonized standard EN81-41. It has an
avant-garde “anti-trap system”, so there is no need to feel anxiety of getting trapped. In the event of external
power failure, the lift will continue to move as normal, with normal speed and light features. All lifts have
built-in smart features such as intelligent doors, safety sensors and dual breaks. User can control the speed
and select individual settings for kids, visitors and grandparents. Everything is intuitively available to the user
by the 10” Touch Display which are connected and monitored 24/7.

SWIFT Touch is compatible with most smart home systems and voice controls such as Amazon Alexa and
Google Nest and has an option of RGB for maximum light effects that can easily be adjusted from the touch
display. SWIFT was A-rated according to VD14707 and 95% of all components in the lift is recyclable. The
lift carpet is built from yarn which is an eco-nylon fiber that comes from recycled plastic PET bottles from
the ocean.

Price : Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand and

Seven Hundred Only.

Validity : Thirty (30) days from date of this letter

Terms of payment : 40% - non-refundable Down Payment

40% - upon equipment arrival at Local Port. If the site is not ready,
all storage charges, insurance premium and cost of double
handling thereafter shall be borne by the Buyer.
15% - upon completion of physical installation, testing &
commissioning
5% - upon completion

Delivery period : The equipment shall be delivered to site approximately Twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of the approved shop drawings
or down payment, whichever is later.

Installation period, and Physical : Approximately One (1) week per one (1) lift upon date of delivery
Completion or handing over to us the completed lift structural works for our
unimpeded work, whichever is later.

Testing & Commissioning : Approximately One (1) week per one (1) lift from the date of
Period availability of permanent electricity power supply of sufficient
capacity made available to the lift machine by others or completion
of physical installation of lift, whichever is later.

Taxes and duties : Our price is inclusive of prevailing import duties imposed by the
local government. However, should there be any additional
taxes/duties being levied by the Government at the time of import,
the amount shall be borne by the buyer and shall be settled before
local Customs clearance.

Equipment Warranty
: 1) Sixty (60) calendar months from the date of equipment
arrives at local port which ever come first. The parts warranty
does not cover any loss, damage, injury or delay due to acts of
God, strikes, lockouts, fire, lightning and voltage transient
surges, aircraft explosion, flooding, riots, civil commotion,
acts of war, malicious mischief, negligence, theft, or any other
causes beyond our reasonable control.

2) Ten (10) years limited warranty for Screw and Nut

Assembly’ only if it is pursuant to manufacturing defects such
as significant defects in design. The warranty is NOT included
under the cause of normal fair wear and tear and/or whatsoever
cause beyond the Supplier’s control.

3) Five (5) years calendar months for batteries from the same
date as other equipment start date. The battery warranty will
be void if it was found replacement or modification by third
party, batteries are left not charging for 6 months which had
caused battery deterioration, other non-coverage as mention in
the above clause number 1.

Free : Twelve (12) calendar months, Free Maintenance services

Service/Maintenance/Defects coverage inclusive of 24/7 emergency call back services will be
Liability Period provided at no cost. After free maintenance period expires, the
Comprehensive/Non-Comprehensive service and maintenance
fees will be charged at the rate provided as table below.

Working Hour & Overtime Charges
: Please take note that all works are conducted during our normal
working hours / working days from 8.30am until
5.30pm/Monday until Saturday. Should you require work to be
carried out after normal working hours, additional charges shall
be borne by the Client provided that the work carried out is
within the stipulated work program.

Insurances : Contractor’s All Risk and Workmen Compensation insurance

coverage for the Contract is provided. However, either party
may take up other insurances to cover each other’s risks which
are not covered in this Contractor’s All Risk and Workmen
Compensation insurances. The Contractor shall be responsible
for their workers and additional insurances covering its own
equipment.

Other Pre-Requisites & Compliance :
with Requirements
All wastes, debris, boxes, and the like shall be disposed, cleared
and removed by the Buyer prior to the installation of the
Equipment, and the Buyer shall continue to provide Wiitrac
with clear and unobstructed access to the jobsite throughout the
installation and testing period. Wiitrac shall be responsible to
remove its own waste, debris, boxes and the like resulting from
the Equipment.

This quotation is subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
