1. How do you knowl I'm homeowner?

Ans. Sir/madam I just got your information form my marketing department. We are reaching out to
homeowner in your area who might be interested in receiving some information. I do apology if I have
wrong information. Are you not a homeowner?

2. Which property are you taking about?* Of customer is interested,then look up on that's
them and if not, ask which one you would like to sell or verify the address on the dailer.

Ans. Sir/Mam I am looking for one of the homeowner at e.g " address on the dailer or on that's them"

Are you the homeowner at this address?

3. How much can you offer?

Ans. Mam my offer depends on the condition of your property. What I know is the market is super hot
these days. How much would you ask for your property at this time?

4. You are calling me so you should have my information.

Ans. Well sir/mam it seems my marketing department mixed up the information but you are the one
who is living in this property so you are the only one who can provide me the accurate information so
that we can get you the max price.

5. I'm not interested right now.

Ans. Sir/Mam, I'm not asking you to sell it right away what if we can get you the right price would you
consider selling your property as the market is really hot these days?

6. I have to talk to my kids then I'll let you know I can't tell you anything right now.

Well yeah obviously take your time and it's a big decision to make do when should I call you back (take
the call back time and schedule it as a call back rather then making it pushy sale it will be rejected
anyway).

• When customer is saying I am not interested

I am not asking you to sell your property right now this is not a sales call, would you consider selling
your property in next few months if we come up with a good price as compare to the market do you tell
me what's in your mind, what do you think will be the right price of your property?

• What's the offer you have?


Well the plan is to get you max possible prices as compared to the market so you tell me what's in
your mind wajt do you think be the fair price of your property?
