Role Play:
Scenario 1 (2X): You arrive at the hotel and wish to check in. However, check in time is normally 2:00
pm, but it is only noon (middle of the day). What do you do?

Scenario 2: You accidentally made a reservation without breakfast. You wish to have breakfast. You go
to the front desk and tell a member of the staff.
