W303v3 PIC Controlled IR Reflex Board

Receiver The W303v3 PIC Controlled

IR Reflex is a low cost sensor
board.

When an object is within the

range of the IR beam, the relay
and the indicator Light Emitter
Diode (LED) switches on and
stays on until the object is
removed.

Testing of Variable Resistor

On the switch and use a screwdriver

to turn the variable resistor in a full
clockwise direction, with reference to
the picture.

The LED light is ON and the motor

stop.

Turn the variable resistor in a full counter-clockwise direction. The LED

light is OFF and the motor is running.

Now turn the variable resistor in a direction such that the LED is off and
the motor is running. Fine-tune the variable resistor until the motor stops
when you block the sensor with your hand. The LED light is ON and the
motor stop!
