start date of 11st December 2023. You w ill be reporting directly to Chimmi Rinzin at Headquarters KEMIRA in
Finland. We believe your skills and experiecne are an excellent match for our company.

The annual starting salary for this position is EUR37,400 to be paid monthly by direct deposit. In addition to
this starting salary. We’re offering you yearly bonuses, commission on sales (mentioned in work agreement).

Your employment with KEMIRA Oyj will be on an at-will basis, which means you and the company are free to
terminate the employment relationship at any time for any reason. This letter is not a contract or guarantee of
employment for a definite amount of time.

As an employee of KEMIRA Oyj, you are also eligible for our benefits program, which includes medical
insurance, vacation time and other benefits which will be described in more detail in the empolyee handbook,
orientation package.
