GIVE PEACE A CHANCE

This beautiful song was

created and recorded on 1th
June on 1969 by John
Lennon. This song belongs
to different types of music:
infantile, Pop, Kayokyoku
Japanese, Parties and
Traditions, Rock, Folk. When
Lennon created it he didn’t
know which album put it,
finally he decides to put it in
Give Peace a Chance /
Remember Love album. Also, When John wrote the song he was not with the Beatles
band so the rights of the song are 100 per 100 for him.

The song was inspirited by the 170 war fought

between 1960-1969 where at this time only a few
people believed in peace. John Lennon's message
in this song is says that war doesn’t resolve all the
problems but if you 'give peace a chance' it may be
a solution to taking about solving all the problems in
war. Moreover, I think that the letter want to says
different words like taboo that means we don’t talk
about it and then he says that we need to give a
chance because we don’t know if this is good or bad.
If we extrapolate this we can that for example we
need to give opportunities to the strange things and
be positives because if we don’t give it we don’t know the results. Also, John in this song
he want to recite some of the things that the people are talking for example (John and
Yoko, Timmy Leary, Rosemary or Revolution, evolution, flagellation, integrations).
