BATA

1. e-Gift Voucher can be used against one bill & it redeemable only once.
2. e-Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates BATA may add or delete any date on its
sole discretion.
3. e-Gift Voucher will be accepted across all outlets mentioned (Offline), but BATA at its sole discretion
may add or remove an outlet from the list without giving any prior notice.
4. Max. 7 multiple e-Gift Voucher can be used against single invoice.
5. If the bill amount exceeds the value of the e-Gift Voucher, the excess amount will have to be paid in
cash.
6. Validity - 6 Months.
7. Bata India Ltd has the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change alter or modify the terms
and conditions of this voucher at its sole discretion at any time during its validity with or without previous
notifications and without assigning any reason.
8. Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the e-Gift Voucher has been received,
decision of the company shall be final.
9. e-Gift Voucher has been issued subject to the terms of the company. All disputes arising out of or in
connection with this scheme are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city of Gurgaon
only.
10. e-Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.
11. Balance amount in e-Gift Voucher is not refundable.
12. Acceptability against schemes / offers at shop floors.
13. e-Gift Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired.
14. If a e-Gift Voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue the E-Gift Voucher would be usable only
Post 72 hours.
15. The Brand may ask for a valid Government identity proof at the time of redeeming the e Gift Voucher.
16. BATA / affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the e-Gift Voucher and
getting redeemed on that account.
17. Only valid e-Gift Voucher at the sole discretion of BATA shall be accepted for redemption.
18. Beneficiary should announce the intent of using the e-Gift Voucher before making a purchase.
19. The holder of the e-Gift Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.

21. Responsibility of Accentiv shall be limited only upto the delivery of e-Gift Voucher Code to stomer.
22. Accentiv shall not be responsible for any misuse, theft, transfer, etc. occurred after the said e-Gift
Voucher Code.
