Currently working in ccr and compressor house as a panel in charge, major


responsibilities are,

1- To observe and monitor of process controlling parameters and optimize


them to obtain continuous and smooth operation of plant without any
interruption or losses of man machine and materials.
2- To ensure the smooth operation of plant to gain maximum production at
minimum energy.
3- To identify and make list of the current problem and defective parameters
or limitation of the plant operation for rectification during shutdown of plant.
4- To implement the management policy to achieve the target and aware for
management policy with discussion to our seniors and subordinates.
5- Try to minimize the losses and disposal of effluents.
6- To do smooth shutdown and start up for planned or in emergency condition.
7- To ensure follow up of SOP during operation /start up or changeover of
machines.
8- Inform concerned person about plant problems.
1.2 MENTION UPTO FIVE SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS OF YOURS DURING THE
APPRAISAL YEAR (200 WORDS)

1. Carried out E-1315 A/B Exchanger cleaning job without taking shut down of
the plant.
2. Carried out E-2103 A/B Exchanger cleaning job without taking shutdown of
CDR plant.
3. Achieved Highest ever CO2 production 12000 Nm3/hr. from CDR plant.
4. Carried out RG Boiler E-1206 A/B online De-dusting without taking shut
down of the plant on 09/12/2021.
5. Successful Replacement of LP RECOVERY old condenser E1522 by new one.

1) Awareness about SOP and hazards should be done to all concerned persons.
2) To provide fire water spray line near P1501 A/B and P1521 A/B area with I/V
at safe location.
3) A record of change in controlling / operating system should be maintained
and should be available for all concerned persons. And discussion should be
done about them in technical classes.
4) Personal protective equipment should be provided to all concerned persons
as per requirement.
5) Technical papers should be provided to enhance knowledge. Equipment
should be organized time to time for all including contract persons.
