Father, Stephen Young, hereby files his Notice of Objection to General Magistrate on the
following issues:
1. Father is not consenting to a Magistrate for any further Court Proceedings.
2. On 4/26/2023 the Motion brought before the Honorable Court was the Father’s Motion
which the Magistrate didn’t hear Father’s Motion.
3. DCF Contended to the Father’s Motion.
4. The Magistrate allowed DCF to completely take over hearing in Lack of any Motion for
Shelter.
5. Riles of Civil Procedure RULE 1.490 (c) No reference shall be to a magistrate, either
general or special, without the consent of the parties.
