Ingredients
½ apple
4 strawberries
Half passionfruit
½ C yoghurt
¼ cup oats
½ T honey
Margarine
1 slice of bread
¼ avocado
Salt and pepper
Method
1. Come in, put on apron, wash hands, and sanitize bench (8:55 – 9:00)
2. Collect equipment and ingredients. (9:00 – 9:05)
3. First cute apple into medium sized cubes after skinned. (9:05 – 9:07)
4. Slice each strawberry into 2-3 pieces. (9:07 – 9:09)
5. Leave passion fruit for the end. (9:09 – 9:10)
6. Place the fruits onto a silver plate (9:10 – 9:12)
7. Grab the small bowl and put the oats in and pour in the honey, mix well.
(9:12 – 9:16)
8. Once mixed well place it aside and take the glass. (9:16 – 9:17)
9. Slowly pour a little vanilla yoghurt in glass only enough to create a layer.
(9:17 – 9:18)
10. Place a slice of strawberry and 2 apple cubes on top of the yoghurt
(9:18 – 9:19)
11. Pour a bit of the honey and oat mixture on the first layer of fruits
and yoghurt. (9:19 – 9:20)
12. Repeat steps 8, 9, and 10 until almost reaches the top. (9:20 – 9:24)
13. Take the passion fruit and scoop the contents and drizzle it on top
of the fruits, honey and oat mixture and yoghurt for taste! (9:24 – 9:25)
14. Take a slice of bread and place it in the toaster. (9:25 – 9:30)
15. Take the slice of bread and prepare the avocado by mashing it up.
(9:30 – 9:32)
16. Carefully spread out all the avocado onto the slice of bread. And
add salt and pepper to taste (9:32 - 9:35)
17. Wash all dishes, dry, and put them away, wash hands (9:35 – 9:45)
18. Get new linens and hang apron. (9:45 – 9:50)
