Ito ay paraan ng pag-alis ng obligasyon kung saan tinatalikdan ng
pinagkakautangan ang kanyang karapatan laban sa may utang para sa FORM 3 FORM 6
hindi nabayaran o nakaraang utang na Irrigation Service Fee (ISF), loan Request for Condonation and Writing Off Landowner’s Declaration and Request
of Unpaid ISF per RA 10969 (kailangan for Issuance of Certificate of Exemption

SINO ANG MAAARING MAG-AVAIL?

Maaaring mag-avail ang mga rehistradong may-ari ng lupa na may
sukat na 8 ektarya at pababa na napapatubigan ng kahit anong National
Irrigation System (NIS)

SUNDIN ANG MGA HAKBANGIN

Pumunta o maipag-ugnayan sa pinakamalapit na opisina ng

NIA na nakasasakop sa inyong lupain. Hanapin ang Water
Resource Facilities Technician (WRFT) o water master,
Institutional Development Officer (IDO) o billing clerk.

information by means of Lease Agreement, rental,
tenancy or borrowed from the landowner
2.2 Cedula o anumang ID ng landowner/tiller o authorized na mag-
apply
