INVITATION FOR VENDOR REGISTRATION

Sir,

1. It is intimated that Army Public School, Delhi Cantt is interested in inviting reputed
Vendors for the purpose of ‘VENDOR REGISTRATION FOR PROCUREMENT/ EXECUTION
OF VARIOUS CATEGORIES OF GOODS AND SERVICES’.

2. Maintaining a panel of Registered Vendors enables saving of time and resources to the
management when executing various projects.

3. If interested you may forward your willingness for the registration through email with the
self-attested data duly verified on company letter head with seal and signature of authorized
signatory, as indicated in eligibility criteria check list attached.

4. Suggested categories for various goods and services requirements are indicated below.
Vendors are advised to offer services for only one selected category please and submit filled
data as per category list attached.

(a) Office and Class Room furniture.

(b) Printing and provisioning of stationery.
(c) Office requisites and general order suppliers.
(d) IT software and consumables.
(e) IT hardware of all types include AMC/repairs.
(f) Electronic items like TV, refrigerator, microwave etc.
(g) Hiring of Tent/Shamiyana etc.
(h) Indoor and outdoor catering service.
(j) Hiring of PA equipment, lighting arrangements etc.
(k) Architects/consultants/landscaping and developments.
(l) Construction, structural repairs, renovation of building fixture involving civil works.
(m) Playground & sports equipments outdoor/indoor.
(n) Provisioning of lab equipments etc.
(o) Provisioning of safety & security equipments like CCTV, fire extinguishers etc.
(p) School infrastructure development.
(q) Provisioning of electrical items
(r) Provisioning of hardware/paints stores

6. Decision to select/reject vendors on registration panel are with APS. Submission of

interest construes no legal rights/lien on the school whatsoever and may kindly be noted before
submitting willingness.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

4 Following documents submitted: -

(i) Proof of service Tax Number, Sales Tax

Number, GST Number.

(ii) Proof of PAN of the firm / proprietor.
