Subject: REQUEST FOR RESTORATION OF PLOT NO. 22, STREET

NO. 16 (35’X70’), SECTOR G-13/3, ISLAMABAD HAVING
BEEN CANCELLED AND ALLOTTED TO 3RD PARTY
UNDULY INVALIDLY ILLEGALLY AND UNJUSTLY AT THE
DETERIMENT OF THE UNDERSIGNED BEING BONAFIDE
PURCHASER.

Respected Sir,

I have the honor to state that as overseas Pakistani I purchased

the subject mentioned residential plot for the sake of construction house
upon re-settlement from abroad.

2. At the time of transfer of the plot, I cleared all the dues of the FGE
Housing Foundation. After clearance of all dues and satisfactory verification of
title of allottee from different wings i.e. Law wing, Finance wing, IT wing and
Estate wing the plot was transferred in my name and respective transfer letter
and transfer certificate were issued by the FGE Housing Foundation.

3. After coming from abroad, almost at an interval of 7-8 years, I came

to know in October, 2018, during my visit to Housing Foundation office at G-10/4,
Islamabad that my plot was cancelled in 2013 against nominal outstanding dues
on account of surcharge levied on late payment of development cost.

Respected Sir,
In the light of above, it is to mention that Prime Minister of
Pakistan is paying due attention to the redressal of grievances of overseas
Pakistani in special and even on the way of revising the laws making
hurdles in such redressal.

4. I do hereby invite your attention that my subject mentioned plot

has unduly been cancelled and allotted to an ineligible candidate in
connivance with the property dealers and the undersigned has unduly been
deprived of proprietary rights of future shelter in Pakistan.
5. In the light of forgoing above, it is requested that proper high
ranking inquiry may be conducted in the cancellation and subsequent
allotment to the ineligible applicant of my plot. The concerned dealing
hands may be punished and the allotment may be restored in my name.
