2. Proof of citizenship (copy)
3. One recent photo of the applicant
4. Residence registration form (Meldezettel)
5. Annual school report for the last school year (copy)
6. Mid‐year report for the current school year (original document)

Please submit the mid‐year report for the current school year (original document) on the first Mon‐
day after the semester break and the annual school report for the current school year immediately
upon receipt of the report by email (office@isk‐tirol.at) or fax (+43/5372 21990‐99).
The original document must then be submitted at the start of the school year at the latest.

After your child has completed the aptitude assessment, you have submitted the mid‐year report
and the annual school report of the current school year and you have received confirmation that
your child is accepted into ISK Tirol, you will be asked to sign the educational contract which will
