Just few observations that could improve customer experience.

1. Staff uniforms – apron and name badge. Could be also not expensive branded t-shorts or shorts.

As an example: (Need logo with better quality, it’s just sample from internet)

2. Answers for all reviews in Google - It will show value and appreciate for customers' feedback and
build more trust.

3. Colourings books and pencils for kids – to make them busy while dining, doesn’t cost much, but will be
appreciated by parents. ( can be also some paid master classes for kids/families)

4. Birthday discount (same day or following couple of days) or not expensive wine bottle

5. Cocktail Menu with an accent on Indian cousin/ cocktail of the day for upsell/ 1 Liter Refreshing
lemonades for Companies.
6. Small chocolate bars with coffee/tee, could be with Restaurant logo

7. Include small traditional cookie as a gift for each delivery (might also be a flayer with discount for
dining in).

8. Improving Waiter service – introducing to the Guest – « My name is .. I’ll be your waiter today»,
pouring drinks during service etc.
