As she explained, psychologists are at a greater risk of being contaminated with trauma, grief
and other such negative emotions through constant exposure to aura that is negative. Pranic
healing helps you to locate and address the various cracks and holes in your body’s chakras,
thereby removing all negative aspects by cleansing and recharging the chakra.
We were introduced to certain key concepts of Pranic healing such as energy hygiene, the
relationship between emotions and our aura. She later discussed a case study on how Pranic
psychotherapy was used to treat a client who showed symptoms of schizoaffective disorder.
Later we had a practical session where we were thought how to activate the energy centers in
our palms, channelize and feel energy. It was an interesting activity and many students had a
glimpse of practical application of Pranic healing.
