RESEARCH QUESTIONS
1. What regenerative design strategy can be integrated into a facility that enables users to learn,
interact, and experience nature?
2. What strategy is to be considered to maximize the use of needed spaces while minimizing land
utilization of the project?
3. What systems can be adapted to regenerate and minimize the usage of utilities in the
development?

2. To programme and strategically plan spaces needed to limit site utilization as a measure of
conserving the natural environment.
Design the complex that allows the fullest potential and leans towards modular and flexible in
direction to allow maximum flexibility.
3. ·To maximize and achieve the use of renewable energy collected onsite as utility in the tourist
complex.
Integrate renewable energy sources and water storage systems for human and environmental
use.

Ecotourism is "responsible travel to natural areas that conserves the environment and
improves the well-being of local people."
Protected areas could offer exclusive and fresh natural and cultural features for
tourists to enjoy, while also encouraging conservation measures.
A surge in natural tourism and realized the need to guide its expansion in a eco-
friendly way.

In the context of regenerative architecture, living systems refer to the natural systems that
exist on a site, such as soil, water, plants, and wildlife.
Built environment exists inside natural systems, and therefore should be intended to co-
evolve with the natural environment around it.
Strategies that protect living systems include designing buildings and landscapes that
promote biodiversity and support the health and well-being of all living organisms
