Conduct visual check of inlet and outlet, Ensure that there is no leak at the

flange connection by using liquid soap or portable gas detector.

2 Check the vent and ensure that there is no gas venting in normal operation.
Check the end of drain line and ensure that there is no gas leak in normal

operation.

4 Check the PG/PSV and ensure that there is no gas leak in normal operation.

Check the utility connection and nsure that there is no gas leak in normal

operation.

Check the flexible discharge hose (if any) are there any parts are loose, broken,
6
cracked, rust, distortion, dirt and worn/damaged.
Check the nozzle from dirt and physical damage.

Replace if damaged.
Check all dual action manual push and pull stations from cracked,
8
broken/cracked, dirt. Also signs of physical damage. Replace if damaged.
Check all pressure switch from deformation, cracks, dirt or other damage.
9
Replace if damaged.
