Subject : FOURTH QUARTER DISTRICT-WIDE ENHANCED SCHOOL MANAGEMENT EVALUATION

PLANNING AND ADJUSTMENT

1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 310 s. 2022 entitled Division Validation on the
Implementation of the Enhanced School Management Evaluation Planning and Adjustment, this
office announces the conduct of the District Validation on November 24-25, 2022.

2. The activity aims to:

a. Monitor the school management system in the District thru District Quality
Management Team and other Members
b. Validate and quality assures the submitted reports of the 28 schools in the district
c. Lead schools in the implementation of M&E system and monitor the progress (Base-line
3rd Quarter validation result)
d. Ensure the equitable distribution and usage of school resources
e. Gather data base system as basis for crafting technical assistance plan
f. Prepare the schools in the coming Division Validation scheduled on 1 st week of
December 2022

3. All schools are requested to prepare 4 copies of monitoring tools for the evaluators/validators

5. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with the contents of this Memorandum is
earnestly desired.
