 Assisted in documentation, filing and exhibiting of documents, drafting supporting
documents for various litigation and arbitral proceedings related to Trademark
infringements.
 Researched on rights and duties of parties under a dealership agreement.
 Attended arbitration proceedings and counsel briefing sessions.

3. Chambers of Senior Advocate Dushyant Dave, Bombay High Court, Mumbai (3 rd

May – 10th June 2017, 6 weeks).
 Researched and assisted with variety of subjects like education, service matters, banking
and company law, civil procedure, Indian Penal Code, arbitration, constitutional law
and contracts.
 Aided the team in drafting and due diligence apart from making a timeline of list of
events, list of deeds and other relevant documents, in addition to following court
proceedings in Debt Recovery Tribunal, City Civil Court and High Court.

 Worked under the Litigation team.
 Researched on procedural rules of the Bombay High Court (original side); grounds for
prosecuting a company for defamation in India and in England; provisions of
conveyance in the land revenue laws of Maharashtra, and provisions for legal heirs
being bound by injunctions imposed on the deceased party.
 Drafted affidavits, additional affidavits, vakalatnamas, index of dates and events, index
of exhibits, and correspondences to clients.

extensively for case laws relating to various patent, trademark and copyright

8. World Wide Fund for Nature, Hyderabad Office (23 rd November – 24th December
2014, 4 weeks).
 Conducted extensive study on the wildlife laws like the Indian Forest Act, the Wildlife
Protection Act, the Forest Conservation Act, the Andhra Pradesh WALTA Act and the
Environment (Protection) Act by tracing their evolution.
 Aided in data collection, compilation and editing for the Godrej biodiversity survey and
Andhra Pradesh biodiversity handbook.
