Dear Sir/Madam,

Sub: Mortgage of Residential Flat No. B/105, NAvkar Heritage, Gut No. 105/5, Village- Malyan, Taluka
Dahanu.

You are aware of the fact that above mentioned property has been purchased by Mr. Surendra S.
Kadam.

You have given your prior consent vided your letter dated 11.09.2023 for mortgaging the aforesaid
property in favor of this Bank for Loan availed Mr. Surendra S. Kadam raising a loan from us.

We hereby now confirm the following-

1. That our aforesaid borrower has borrowed from this Bank an amount of Rs.11,31,000/- (Eleven
Lakh Thirty-one Thousand Rupees Only). By mortgaging the aforesaid property, thereby creating a
first charge thereon.
2. You are requested to kindly note the mortgage created by our borrower and not to transfer or
otherwise encumber the said flat in any manner until this Bank gives a clearance stating that its entire
dues have been paid.
3. Please incorporate our Mortgage /Lien on the said house in the Member’s Register of Co-op Hsg.
Society after it is formed.

Kindly take a note of the above and confirm the same in writing / confirm on copy of this letter.
