Greeting’s internationalist family.

Within the framework of the CIS MATH ROAD TRIP 2023 mathematics department event, the
logistics to be developed on June 1 at the institution are described. |

Order of the day:

1. First moment (7:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.)

The stands will be organized (decoration, location of the projects, etc.) at the assigned points. (The
entire educational community). At this time, parents may be collaborating in the installation of the
students in their stands.

AND SECONDARY ROOMS
Note: In the corridors the places where
the projects will be located will be
marked, the teachers in charge of each
grade will be directing the students in
their location.

The organization of the stands and the decoration by the groups to present will begin at 7:30 am
(Primary and Secondary). For the organization, the space will be available from 7:30 am to 8:15
am The teacher who has a class with each course must accompany them during this space. They
are reminded that the parents will be supporting the location of the projects, each project cubicle
will have two desks in case they need to put something on them.

2. Second moment (8:15 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.)

In the space from 8:15 am to 8:45 am, primary will have its space for snack. After the primary
break, the teachers go to the place where their respective grade with which they have classes will
be located, and proceed to locate themselves in their respective STANDS. Secondary proceeds to
have its break, from 8:45 am to 9:15 am, after the break the students go to their respective
STANDS, and the teachers do the respective accompaniment with the grades with which they have
class.

3. Third moment (9:15 am to 1:25 pm)

At 9:15 in the morning the MATH ROAD TRIP opens, the rotation of the students through the fair
will take into account that each group of the MATH ROAD TRIP will be divided into groups A and
groups B.

GROUP A 9:15 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Note: After this time the bell will ring for

group A of students to return to their
STANDS.

-During this space, primary and

secondary teachers must be
accompanying them in the corridors to
guarantee order and discipline.
 B GROUP
10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Note: Once group A returns to their

STANDS, group B proceeds to rotate.

-During this space, primary and

secondary teachers must be
accompanying them in the corridors to
guarantee order and discipline.

4. Fourth Moment (12:00 pm to 12:45 pm)

At 12:00 p.m. the bell will ring for the 1st and 2nd grade students to go out for lunch from 12:00
p.m. to 12:45 p.m. While the other primary and secondary grades will be in the process of
disassembling and organizing the corridors and rooms with the accompaniment of the respective
teachers who have class.

5. Fifth Moment (12:45 pm to 1:25 pm)

Once the first and second grade lunch is over, the other primary grades proceed to go out to their
lunch space at the established time. Continuous secondary in disassembling the projects and
organizing the halls and corridors.

6. Sixth Moment (1:25 pm to 2:15 pm)

After the primary school lunch, they return to finish collecting and disassembling STANDS.
Secondary proceeds to its Lunch schedule.

7. Seventh Moment (2:15 pm to 3:00 pm)

Students go to their classrooms with their respective group managers to get ready for departure at
3:00 pm Guarantee the order of the classrooms and their cleanliness.

En el marco del evento del departamento de matemáticas CIS MATH ROAD TRIP 2023 se procede
a describir la logística a desarrollar el día 01 de junio en la institución. |

Orden del día:

1. Primer momento (7:30 p.m a 8:15 p.m)

Se procederá a la organización de los stands (Decoración, ubicación de los proyectos etc.) en los
puntos asignados. (Toda la comunidad educativa). En este momento los padres de familia pueden
estar colaborando en la instalación a los estudiantes de sus stands.

PASILLOS DE LOS SALONES Proyectos de grado 1 a 11.

PRIMARIA Y SECUNDARIA
Nota: En los pasillos estarán marcado los
sitios donde se van a ubicar los proyectos,
los docentes encargados de cada grado
estarán direccionando a los estudiantes
en su ubicación.

La organización de los stands y la decoración por parte de los grupos a presentar se iniciará a las
7:30 am (Primaria y secundaria). Para la organización se dispondrá el espacio de 7:30 a.m. a 8:15
a.m. El docente que tenga clase con cada curso debe hacer el acompañamiento durante este
espacio. Se les recuerda que los padres de familia estarán apoyando para la ubicación de los
proyectos, cada cubículo de proyecto contara con dos escritorios por si requieren poner algo en
ellos.

2. Segundo momento (8:15 a.m a 9:15 a.m)

En el espacio de 8:15 a.m a 8:45 a.m, primaria tendrá su espacio para merendar. Finalizado el
descanso de primaria, los docentes se dirigen al lugar donde va estar ubicado su respectivo grado
con el que tiene clases, y proceden a ubicarse en sus respectivos STANDS. Secundaria procede a
tener su break, de 8:45 a.m a 9:15 am, finalizado el break los estudiantes se dirigen a sus
respectivos STANDS, y los docentes hacen el acompañamiento respectivo con los grados con los
que tengan clase.

3. Tercer momento (9:15 a.m a 1:25 p.m)

A las 9:15 de la mañana se da apertura al MATH ROAD TRIP, la rotación de los estudiantes por la
feria se dará teniendo en cuenta que cada grupo del MATH ROAD TRIP estará divididos en grupos A
y en grupos B.

GRUPO A 9:15 a.m a 10:30 a.m

Nota: Finalizado este tiempo sonara el

timbre para que el grupo A de
estudiantes regrese a sus STANDS.

-Durante este espacio los docentes de

primaria y secundaria deben estar
haciendo el acompañamiento en pasillos
para garantizar el orden y disciplina.

GRUPO B
10:30 a.m a 12:00 p.m

Nota: Una vez regresa el grupo A a sus

STANDS procede el grupo B a realizar su
rotación.
 -Durante este espacio los docentes de
primaria y secundaria deben estar
haciendo el acompañamiento en pasillos
para garantizar el orden y disciplina.

4. Cuarto Momento (12:00 p.m a 12:45 p.m)

A las 12:00 p.m sonara el timbre para que los estudiantes de 1 y 2 grado salgan a su lunch de
12:00 p.m a 12:45 p.m. Mientras los demás grados de primaria y secundaria estarán en proceso
de desmontaje y organización de pasillos y salones con el acompañamiento de los docentes
respectivos que tengan clase.

5. Quinto Momento (12:45 p.m a 1:25 p.m)

Una vez finaliza el lunch de grados primero y segundo, los demás grados de primaria proceden
a salir a su espacio de almuerzo en el horario establecido. Secundaria continua en desmontaje de
los proyectos y organización de los salones y pasillos.

6. Sexto Momento (1:25 p.m a 2:15 p.m)

Terminado el lunch de primaria, regresan a finalizar la recolección y desmontaje de STANDS.

Secundaria procede a su horario de Lunch.

7. Septimo Momento ( 2:15 p.m a 3:00 p.m)

Estudiantes se dirigen a sus salones con sus respectivos gerentes de grupo para alistarse para la
salida a las 3:00 p.m. Garantizar el orden de los salones y su limpieza.

Agradeciendo a toda la comunidad su acompañamiento como es de costumbre en garantizar el

orden y disciplina de la actividad y así garantizar el éxito de esta de la mano de ustedes.
