CANCELLATION OF DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

OF CONTRACT-TO-SELL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

The HOME DEVELOPMENT MUTUAL FUND (also known as Pag-IBIG Fund), a government financial
institution organized and existing under and by virtue of Republic Act No. 9679, with principal office at Petron
MegaPlaza, 358 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City, represented in this act by its Department Manager III, Priscila A.
Valenzuela, hereinafter referred to as the “Pag-IBIG FUND”

WITNESSETH:

That Pag-IBIG FUND, by virtue of the Deed of Assignment of Contract to Sell with Special Power of
Attorney for Five Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Eighteen Pesos (P 593,018.00), Philippine Currency, executed by
Majestic Landscape Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNOR), on June 28, 2018 and docketed as Doc.
No. 521, Page No. 106, Book No. 200 Series of 2018 of the Notarial Register of Atty. Diosdado A. Macabutas, Notary
Public for and in Tanza, Cavite, is the Assignee of all the rights, interest and participation of the ASSIGNOR in a
Contract-to-Sell dated May 7, 2018, covering that certain real property situated in Lot 60 Block 14 Dreamhomes
Subdivision Tejero General Trias, Cavite and covered by TCT/CCT/OCT No. 057-2016008736 of the Registry of
Deeds of Province of Cavite.

That in view of the request dated January 15, 2019 of the Majestic Landscape Corporation with the
conformity of the BORROWER for Pag-IBIG Fund to cancel the Deed of Assignment of Contract to Sell with Special
Power of Attorney due to developer’s approval on the cancellation of housing loan , Pag-IBIG FUND does hereby
forever RELEASE, DISCHARGE and CANCEL that Deed of Assignment of Contract to Sell with Special Power of
Attorney annotated on TCT/CCT/OCT No. 057-2016008736 of the Registry of Deeds of Province of Cavite under
Entry No. 2018046580.
