1 Leaves for PSA

1.1 Annual Leave


1.1.1 30 Days paid vacation. For Yearly contract
1.1.2 60-day paid vacation. Who signed 24 months renewable. Like labor. Salaries payment
will be in advance of vacation.
Vacation will be paid in advance whether it’s 2 days or 60 days, and in regular payroll it will be adjusted
and salary in regular payroll will be zero.

Round trip ticket issued by company.

If there is work requirement, then leaves and ticket can be encashed.

Carry forward option is there. But can’t use. And will continue all leaves and end of service leaves will be
paid at end of service.

1.2 Eid Holidays. .


1.3 Death of relative
First Degree relative

1.4 Hajj Leave


5 days. (Need to clarify when employee can avail period of service)

1.5 Maternity Leaves


(No. of Leaves will be shared later)

1.6 Paternity
Later

1.7 Emergency Leave


Leave without pay.

1.8 Medical Leave


Till 60 days full salary

60 to 90 days 75% of salary

90 days onward no salary (Clarity will be after)

1.9 Exam Leaves


No. of days will be updated later.

This is only for Saudis.

1.10 Compensatory Holidays


If any employee worked on gazette holidays, then can take leave.
2 Leave Approval

Then for notification to HR Supervisor.

3 Timesheet
Time sheet approved by department manager.

Extra hours or overtime. It will be paid with regular payroll.

Overtime hours will be multiplied by 1.5.

Two shifts in factory.
