COMPETITOR ANALYSIS
TOUCH POINTS
• The landing page’s landscape images have a
horizontal scroll
• The logo placement and the entirety of the logo
• No welcoming or catchy tagline on Assam to
make the user stay
• Selection of images are not proper
• The colors are clashing
• There is no search bar for anything in the whole
website
• The drop downs are clasing with the
background
• The same content is repeated in the drpo downs
and near by columns also.
• All the layouts till now had the opaque
background and now it suddenly changed to a
background image just for this one layout
• Similarly if any of these is clicked, it will navigate
through all the other activities before reaching
the desired one
• Just after the landing page primary images,
there is a collabroration of the assam tousrism is
mentioned
• It is not placed under the ideal hiereachy
expectations
• When clicked on anything, it is leaded to a more
information page, but the page lacks many main
informations
• As in where to go to get it
• The time etc
• Like cuisines, there were many things that all
were leading to this one single page of festivals
• The elemnts of the page is too distracting for the
information in it
• The informations provided in this space is the
same for each and every other one
• For both Mayong and Sualkuchi, the information
is as same as Majuli
• The tour guide option in the website redirects us
to a new page where, the entire visual language
has been changed and feels no connection with
the parent page
• This could easily be included as a part of the
previous page only
• Not only this, but booking also do the same of
redirecting
