Digital Promotion and Online Public Relations Services Agreement

(1) PARTIES: The parties of the agreement are MULTY MASCOT

(Party-A) and Like ME Salon (Party-B

(2) PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT: MULTY MASCOT and Like ME Salon

Desires to enter into a contractual relationship, where by
MULTY MASCOT (party-A) acts as a public relations and marketing
agency for Like ME Salon (party-B)-upon the terms and conditions set forth
below.
(3) TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
A. Like ME Salon (party-B) grants MULTY MASCOT (party-A),full
rights and authority to undertake public relations activities on
behalf of Like ME Salon (party-B).
B. Like ME Salon(party-B) provides MULTY MASCOT (party-A)
with the right and authority to solicit introductions to Like ME Salon
(party-B) and its product(s) from any potential editor, industry
analyst, broadcast producer, broadcast media, internet web site or
other editorial interested party.
C. MULTY MASCOT will undertake specific task (external other
paid services) at the direction of Like ME Salon (party-B) by
charging the fee of the same accordingly.
D. The Terms of reference by B Mine Media to public relations
targets shall be the terms established by Like ME Salon (party-B)
and MULTY MASCOT (party-A) together where party-B shall
provide party-A with the product specifications.
 (4) SERVICES INCLUDED

from 31st day 2 post/day 2 Reel/Week

1st 30 days 1 post/day 1 Reel/Week

from 31st day 2 post/day 2 Reel/Week

(5) All the services coming under this contract from 1st July 2023 will have a
locking period of 3 months
Like Me Salon (Party B) have to continue the plans for the next 3 month . i.e from
1st July 2023 - 1st September 2023 .
Like Me Salon (Party B) will be free to make decision whether to continue the plan
after 3 month or to Terminate .

(6) Professional Fee:

1. MULTY MASCOT (party-A) is happy to offer this PR Plan to Like Me Salon

(party-B) at the cost of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand only).

2. Like Me Salon (party-B) are propose to pay the total amount in advance for
proceeding the work.
(7) Clauses:

If MULTY MASCOT (party-A)’s writers will write the content then they’ll first
share the same with Like Me Salon (party-B) and after the confirmation, party A
will proceed for publishing.
Party-B needs to keep Party-A informed about their working schedule so that the
party-a can plan PR strategies accordingly.
Party-B agrees to provide photos, audio or video to the party-A for promotional
service.
Payments to be done by any party, are non-refundable.

this contract is valid for 3 months only From 1st July 2023 - 1st Sept 2023

We, both parties confirm our acceptance on this agreement.
