About us
We are one of the leading manufacturers of Industrial fans and Air
Pollu on Control Systems and Products for various industrial
applica ons.
We have our factory Regd office located at No.489/1, Koladi Main road,
Konrajankuppam, Mel Ayanambakkam, Chennai - 600095., fully
equipped with all modern machineries with Dynamic Balancing facility
and various quality control equipments.
Our major range of supplies consist of axial flow fans, centrifugal
blowers, unit dust collectors, Industrial Bag filters ranging from the
capacity of 10000 cubic meter per hour to 70000 cubic meter per hour.
We also manufacture Wet scrubbing systems for furnace, Acid and
prickling tanks, Industrial roof extractors, Ven la on and Dust
suppression systems, Tex le Humidifica on plants, Fume extrac on
systems for all type of industries.
We can undertake projects from concept to commissioning. Our

Our factory is spread across 15000 sq. . of land and has facility to
make huge Equipments and Systems for Project Orders, which are
normally Tailor Made based on Customer and Site requirement. The

PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Industrial Fans

1. Axial Flow Fans

TV Axial Flow Fans are designed to cover wide range of air flow
capacity and pressures so as to suit.
Problems such as general ven la on, fume exhaust and removal
of hotspots can be solved.
TV fans cover a wide range of air quan es from 3000 cubic
meter per hour to 40000 cubic metre per hour.
TV fans have cast aluminium alloy impellers with high efficiency
aero-foil sec on blades.
These Impellers are sta cally and dynamically balanced for
smooth and vibra on free opera on.
TV Axial flow fans are manufactured in single phase and three
phase based on the design.
TV Axial flow fans are tailor made to suit Client's requirements.
TV Axial flow fans can be supplied in AD(Duct moun ng), AW
(wall moun ng) and BD (belt driven) arrangements.

1. Centrifugal Blowers
TV Centrifugal Fans are designed to give high efficiency and low air noise so
as to meet the client's requirements. These Blowers have vast usage in
foundry, packaging industries, tex le humidifica on plants, power plants,
engineering industries, chemical industries, pumping sta ons, nuclear plants,
cement industries, glass industries, automobile industries etc.
TV centrifugal fans cover a wide range of air quan es upto 2,30,000 cubic
metre per hour.
TV blowers can be designed and manufactured for different applica ons and
ranges of pressure- Low pressure blowers(upto 250 mm WG), medium
pressure blowers( upto 500 mm WG) and high pressure blowers(upto 1200
mm WG).

TV centrifugal blowers comes with different impeller designs for different

applica ons:
· Backward curved blades
· Straight radial blades.
The impellers are precision balanced for smooth and vibra on less running.
These impellers are highly efficient and has excellent self cleaning proper es.
TV blowers can be supplied in Arr A( direct driven) ,Arr. B ( belt driven) and
Arr.C(direct coupling).
Fans are available in MS, SS and FRP as per Client's requirements.
TV Blowers are manufactured in various orienta ons based on the client's
requirements.

2. Mancoolers
TV Mancoolers are designed to give higher Air Flow to a longer distance
which is must in Industries like Glass Manufacturing, Automobile, Moulding
Shop, Steel Industries, Aircra Companies, Railway Shed, Power Plant, Heavy
Equipment Manufacturing etc.
TV mancoolers are built with cast aluminium alloy impeller with high
efficiency aero-foil sec on blades and standard Motor (bharat bijillee, ABB,
Kirloskar).Mancoolers are available in three types: foot mounted, column
mounted, wall mounted.Mancoolers are manufactured in the range of 0.5 HP,
1HP, 2 HP, 3HP, 5HP motor based on client's requirements.

1. Ven la on System
v TV ven la on systems are well designed to sa sfy the client's
expecta ons in providing a comfortable working atmosphere.
v Centrifugal blowers and axial flow fans are used to exhaust air from the
department and supply air to the department.
v Ven al on system are designed for the following categories:

2. Dust Extrac on System

v These systems are tailor made to meet the customer's requirements.
v TVACS engineers are specialized in Design, manufacturing and
Commissioning of the following types of Dust extrac on:
Ø Modular Unit Dust collectors ranging from 0.5 HP to 10 HP
Ø Low ra o bag filters with manual and mechanical bag cleaning
op ons.
Ø High ra o pulse jet bagfilters.
Ø Cyclone collectors.
v These Dust collectors are designed and tailor made to suit customer's
requirements and also pollu on control norms.
v The following are the Various Filter Fabrics that can be incorporated in
bag filter depending on product to be filtered:

1. Wet Scrubber
v Wet Scrubber is designed for collec ng dust from engineering workshops,
foundries, mines and stone working sites.
v Wet Scrubbers are of medium pressure type and is suitable for flows
ranging between 6000- 72000 cubic metre per hour.
v TVACS wet Scrubbers are tailor made to suit customer's requirements and
it has high collec ng efficiency.
v The dust is collected in the form of slurry.

2. High vaccum Cleaning system

v Vaccum cleaning unit is a precipitator for purifying air in industrial plants.
v This system is par cularly well adapted for separa ng leather, sugar, grain
or similar kinds of dust.

3. Fume extrac on system

v Fume extrac on system are installed to prevent spreading of hot fumes
inside the department.
v It generally consists of centrifugal blowers or axial flow fans , extrac on
hood, transport duct and Collector.

4. Roof Extractor
v Roof extractors are the most efficient to exhaust hot air from the
department.
v It comprises of axial flow fan, rain protec on cowl and Flashing sheet to
prevent water to enter inside the department.
v The roof extractor size ranges from dia 500 to 1000 mm.
