12, Villa Alessandra Subdivision, Ylaya Talamban Cebu City, and Philippines have named, constituted and appointed by
these presents, do name, constitute and appoint, WIDE WIDE WORLD EXPRESS CORPORATION, with office address at
WWW Express Bldg. Pascor Drive, Sto Niño Avenue, Paranaque City, Philippines, to file, release and deliver on my behalf;

1. To TAKE CHARGE WITH THE FULL AUTHORITY, FILE, PROCESS, and APPLY with the PHILIPPINE STATISTICS
AUTHORITY (PSA),, Authenticated Birth Certificate for me and my children, namely; AILENE CHAN BELDAD, minor
filipino citizen with same postal address mentioned above and MILYN CHAN BELDAD, minor, filipino citizen with
same postal address mentioned above and supporting documents in relation thereto,

2. To SECURE and RECEIVE the duly issued PHILIPPINE STATISTICS AUTHORITY (PSA), Authenticated Birth Certificate
and to EXECUTE, SIGN DELIVER and/or SUBMIT such other documents or papers necessary for the immediate
release of my said PHILIPPINE STATISTICS AUTHORITY (PSA), Authenticated Birth Certificate;

3. To TAKE CHARGE WITH FULL AUTHORITY, TRANSACT, FILE, and PROCESS with the Department of Foreign Affairs
(DFA), Manila, Philippines and Embassy of United Arab Emirates my application for the authentication and affixing
red-ribbon of our PHILIPPINE STATISTICS AUTHORITY (PSA), Authenticated Birth Certificate;

4. When appropriate, to SECURE and OBTAIN an Authentication and Certification from the office of the Clerk of
Court, Regional Trial Court, Cebu City as well as to PAY the fees required for the release of the Certification and
the PHILIPPINE STATISTICS AUTHORITY, Authenticated Birth Certificate duly affixed with a red-ribbon and
authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Philippines and doubly authenticated by the Embassy
of United Arab Emirates .

5. To MAKE, EXECUTE, SUBMIT, DELIVER and/or SIGN any documents and represents any offices, government or
otherwise, in pursuance of the foregoing power,

6. To Do and or PERFORM any other acts, as may be deemed necessary for the immediate satisfaction and or
facilitation thereof,

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING UNTO my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform every act
and deed whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could lawfully do as if I were personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-
