Problem Water leak from the seal of Pump

Cause Leakage due to mechanical seal broken inside pump

Remedy Please follow the below steps

Shaft
STEP 1. Assemble the mechanical seal
• Check the surface of the shaft and remove the dust.
• Assemble the "B" onto the casing front cover.

It is called Mechanical seal

by combining A and B.

STEP 1. Assemble the mechanical seal

• Apply grease to the mechanical seal O-ring and assemble.

• Please be careful not to break the O-ring during assembly.

STEP 2. Insert the spring on the seal

• When insert the springs(8 units), use the grease to secure the springs.
• The springs presses the seal to prevent leakage.
Therefore, please be careful not to let the spring out during assembly.

STEP 3. Assemble the impeller

• Check the position of pin hole.

• Assembling with too much force may damage the seal.
• Please be careful not to let the spring out during assembly.
