Project Title: PROPOSED 1,500 – SEATER CAPACITY COMMUNITY AUDITORIUM

Project Location: SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, BULACAN

Design Brief:
A city local government somewhere in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan has initiated a project that will
reunite its community after the pandemic, and at the same time will boost its affected economy through
tourism. The proposed community auditorium has risen as one of the most applicable projects. As an
architect, you have been commissioned to design a modern auditorium with up-to-date technology. Special
attention should be observed based on the following considerations: design process principles, design
creativity / aesthetics, functional space planning, acoustical design treatments and materials, building
technology & building economics, green / sustainable design, and building laws.

Technical Requirements:
1. Use 20 x 30 Vellum Board for Concept Board.
2. Take note of the Title Block Template given as an attachment.
3. Research Paper on Auditorium.
