The Role and Objectives....

• Contribution to Company’s Growth : When do new clients

come to a Company ? When they hear good things, when
existing clients tell others they we are trustworthy people to
work with, when their invested money on our advise grows,
when they get good service....new clients keep coming in !
Your Key Performance Index does not directly include new
clients acquisition ( that is Sale’s job, not yours ). You don’t
have ANY Sales Target nor any calling , excel filling, voucher
making etc to do. This job is about active Portfolio
Management and if that does

• High Performance, High Energy, Result and Impact Focused

professional .
• Is in constant touch with clients for portfolio performance, updates,
reviews and due renewals. Just like a Sales Person is a Relationship
Manager for client for all new business, a Portfolio Manager is a
Relationship Manager from back end Operations Team.
• Stays in office but eyes and ears on the ground.
• Willing to be trained exhaustively for Portfolio Management , Basic
Research, Asset Rebalancing , Portfolio Reconstruction, Protection
Planning and Investment Advisory .
• Responsible for filling up for other Portfolio Manager when he/she
is not available.
• Cross- Servicing of the Financial Products like Mutual Funds, Debt,
Equity, Insurance s, etc
• Keeping the track of Current Trends in the Markets and
provide advisory on investments and financial planning.
• In short , a ‘Financial Doctor’ .
