a. Preparation

4. Remember:
Follow this order – Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. Put emphasis on reducing first,
followed by reusing, then recycling.
There are several ways to manage waste properly. Choose the best for your household,
school, and community. What is important is you are doing your share in helping your
community and the environment.
The class will be divided into four groups and performed their task. Three minutes to accomplish.
Group 1 – Create a poster to campaign the proper waste management and disposal.
Group 2 – Look at the picture below. What does the picture tell us? Share your insights if 3Rs will not
be practice by the people. (DRRE Integration)

Instruction: Put a √ (check) if the statement shows proper waste management and

6. Assignment (1 minute)
Instruction: If you are to redesign the symbol for Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle, how are you going to do
it? Draw your illustration and prepare a written explanation.
