following capacities.

➢ From 06/02/2015 up to 01/11/2017 Transport and Logistics Officer,
➢ From 02/11/2017 up to 19/12/2019 Senior Shipping Officer &

He had been paid a monthly gross salary of EB 16,545.00 (sixteen thousands five hundred
forty-five birr), and during this period income and pension contributions have been deduced
from his monthly salary and paid to concerned government offices. This contract of employ-
ment was terminated on March 18 2021up on his own free will.

This certificate is issued upon his request and shall serve as a termination paper.
