Transaction: CO09 Availability Overview *CAUTION*This transaction blocks activity on the ICN

Purpose: Screen to summarize Current Inventory by Plant/Warehouse, how much of that inventory is issued to
orders and deliveries, how much of that inventory is confirmed to those orders and deliveries and how much
inventory is remaining to be “Available to Promise” (ATP).
*CAUTION* Do not sit in the transaction, it blocks activity on the ICN, preventing other transactions.

The following example is for a Finished Goods (FG) material:

1. CO09 transaction code will bring you to this screen:

Scenario:
Reporting on one material in one plant:
 Type the material number in the material field
 Type the plant/warehouse code in the Plant field (CLT = Charlotte, TUK = Tukwila)
 Enter on your keyboard, or green check mark
 To view another material or plant, update these fields and Enter or
 Green arrow back to the main screen when finished

**Note – a Dare ICN was used in order to provide more data for this example**

Receipts: Quantity of finished goods inventory

Issues: Total quantity on open orders and open deliveries (deliveries not picked or goods issued yet)
Confrmd Issues: Total quantity confirmed to open orders and open deliveries (AU delivery block is off the order(s))
Cum. ATP qty: Total quantity available to promise (see calculation below)
Receipts minus Confrmd Issues equals Cum. ATP qty
 Example: Receipts 11,853 minus Confrmd Issues 5,259 equals 6,594

Double-clicking MRP element data line opens/closes it to show document numbers contributing to the total, by date.
