PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS (FROM JAN’23 TO SEPT’23)

 More than 320- 350 average labours working daily till date.

 More than Rs. 110 cr work done in last 06 months of span.

 Approx. 1.2 lacs sft of podium area constructed in 06 months.

 Approx. Rs. 25 cr worth long lead items delivered like DG, Transformer, fire pumps etc.

 CP & Sanitary materials procured for final possession and it will be installed at the time of final

handover.

 Switches, final paint touch up and housekeeping will be done during handover.
IMPACT ON CONSTRUCTION COST & TIME DUE TO MATERIAL RATE ESCALATION

 All Infra related works hampered due to heavy rainfall.

 Overall Rs. 4 cr balance recovery from customers affected progress.

 Overall cost impact is approx. Rs.350 per sft

 Steel prices have increased by 110%

 Concrete prices increased by 25%

 Plumbing material increased by 62%

 Electrical copper material increased by 45%

 Covid’19 affects labour movement more than 1.5 years.
