Test 1: transnational program in EU

EU program divided into two main categories

 International development cooperation=> provide aid to developing countries (target developing

countries)
 Reginal and cohesion policy => target in EU MS. (national and international or transnational
program) => cross border cooperation, (must share the same border) and regional community
and the third is problem.

The main source is ERDF (European Regional Development fund)

+ DTP program has

 Operational program: define the current program in the region and situation change
- This is also included interventional areas: example environmental protection within the
region=> defines as the priority of the program
They also can decided what kind of project should create?
- DTP=> has to find the partners from different countries
- The main conditions=> 3 partners from 3 countries minimum, lead partner (organization),
project partner (PP) “not the lead partner”, ASP (associated strategic partner),

+ the activies => work packages into three

- WP1: management
- WP 2: communication
- WP 3 – WP 6: thematic

DTP project packages=> Activities =>

- WP1: management => concentrate on the push of the project, contain how the lead partner,
and qualities assurance as well

There are three type of activities such as PM, FM, and quality assurance

- WP 2: communication (internal and external) => communication strategic

- WP 3 – WP 6: thematic: needed activities to achieve the goal: can be documentation
(literature review, guidebook, handbook, questionair, survey), and application for project,
pilot, etc.

WP-leader => implement WP and input and data

----------communication with lead project (they have to inform each other)

LP=WP-L => there is no requirement who should lead
